Merchandise Pick up

*All merchandise is available for pick up at the Showroom or Warehouse, located at 720 E Chicago Rd, Coldwater, MI.*Some furniture may require assembly. See your salesperson for details.

*We will assist in loading your merchandise into your vehicle, however, proper securing is your responsibility.*If there is a service issue with an item you picked up, you will be responsible for returning it to the store, or paying a service charge to have the item picked up at your location.

Delivery

*Longstreet Living offers express in- home delivery, Monday thru Saturday with a 2 hour time window.  If your item purchased is in stock, we can deliver within  days.
*Please have all balances paid or financing paperwork completed prior to setting up a delivery date.  We are unable to collect on delivery.
*Please have all sidewalks, stairs, and hallways cleared of obstruction and debris.
*Please have any rooms cleared of old furniture where the new may be going. Our delivery or flooring install teams are not permitted to move your existing furniture, electronics or other household belongings, unless otherwise setup at the store prior to delivery.
*Longstreet Living offers a delivery service for all items purchased.  A delivery charge will be added for all discounted merchandise, floor samples and outlet center items.

Installation

Longstreet Living offers installation on all Window shadings, Cabinets, Flooring and Countertops purchased at our showroom. Each project is a custom job and will be discussed in depth what services we will provide at the time of the sale.

If you are interested in saving yourself a little money and don’t mind doing the job yourself. We will be happy to assist you with our knowledge of completing your “Do It Yourself Project.

Terms & Conditions

*It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all merchandise received.

*If merchandise is received damaged, it will be the responsibility of Longstreet Living or the manufacturer to repair or replace the damaged item. Longstreet Living reserves the right to repair any damages. Determination of whether to repair or replace is at
the sole discretion of Longstreet Living. If a repair is not possible then a replacement item will be ordered.

*Longstreet Living provides “No Warranties implied or expressed, factory warranties only” Longstreet Living will not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages. Warranties will be indorsed from the day the merchandise is received.

*Returns are not accepted unless product is damaged upon delivery. Product will be repaired or replaced at Longstreet Living discretion.

*Cancellation Policy – Once we have placed your order with the factory, it is our obligation to accept this merchandise. There for we cannot accept any cancellations .Any exception to the cancellation policy is solely at the discretion of Longstreet Living. A 20% restocking fee of the original invoice amount will be assessed and any freight charges incurred.

*Longstreet Living will collect Michigan Sales Tax. If you are an exempt organization, appropriate forms will need to be filed.
